My first introduction to the world of UX design was managing a team of designers at a start-up in Brazil. I was fascinated with the research, detail, and creativity that went into design. After some extensive soul-searching, my life path led me to pursue a career switch to user experience design, and I haven’t looked back since.
With 10+ years of experience in various customer service industries, my superpower is empathizing with the user. In all my designs, I am attuned to users’ pain points and needs.
As a graduate of the Google UX Design Professional Certificate program, I’m exercising my design skills by helping non-profits. I received my BA in Anthropology from San Francisco State University, and I have a micromasters in Human Rights from Curtin University.
